EXHIBITION INFORMATION

How often has one thought about the empty space that surrounds us as we navigate towards our destinations?

INTERSECTION is the meeting point of two elements: projected light and ones physicality. As your body is highlighted within this space, you might reflect upon this moment – I am here now, tangible, aware, and engaged with my presence.

My recent body of work concerns itself with the severance between the intellectual/physical relationships that we experience both with ourselves and our environment. The technological mediation between one another and our surroundings has moved us away from physical and intimate relationships towards intellectual and virtual expression. To increase awareness of our physicality I reconnect our once familiar material, and spatial relationships to our perceptions of the environment and ourselves.
