EXHIBITION INFORMATION

Lihn Ly will be presenting a series of 48 photographs taken of the spaces between houses, buildings and various city architecture. Ly explores the theme of identity and community from the absence of human form as she documents seemingly ‘empty’ and negative spaces.

ARTIST BIO

LIHN LY is a recent graduate of the University of Calgary. She graduated in 1998 with her Bachelor of Fine Arts. In 1999, she had a solo exhibition at The Auburn Saloon. Ly currently lives and works in Calgary, Alberta.
